Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item was damaged during shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work to provide a replacement or refund.

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an exchange is otherwise approved. Contact us before returning any product.
